Refund & Return Policy

Effective 26 May 2026.

AgenticBoxes.email (operated by Brian Becker) is a digital service paid for with prepaid account credit. Because the Service is delivered electronically and consumed as you use it, this policy explains what is and isn't refundable. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Prepaid credit

• Unused credit is refundable within 30 days. If you have unused prepaid credit, you may request a refund of the unused balance within 30 days of the purchase that added it, or at the time you close your account.
• Used credit is non-refundable. Credit already consumed by sending or processing email reflects a service that has been delivered and cannot be refunded.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

Domain registrations

When we register a domain on your behalf, the registration (and any renewal or DNS-hosting) fee is paid to a third-party registrar and is non-refundable, even if you later close your account. The domain is yours: on closure we will, at your request, work with you to transfer it to a registrar account you control.

Recurring charges

Any recurring charge (for example, monthly DNS hosting) can be stopped going forward by closing the account or removing the associated service. Amounts already billed for a completed period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@agenticboxes.email from your account owner email with your account domain and what you'd like refunded. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Problems and disputes

If something was charged in error or the Service didn't work as described, contact us first — we'll make it right. Please reach out before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve it directly.
